‘We’re delighted that Tracey has agreed to join the Board,’ said Michael. ‘As our practice manager, who has been with us from the outset, she has a fantastic overview of the entire business. She’ll enable us to create a better link with the staff and communicate their views, be more diverse and have a more efficient operation.’

Tracey began her career in office management with Allied Dunbar – later they became Zurich. Since leaving them, she’s worked with several accountancy practices, as well as Swindon Council and Helen Browning’s Organics.

She expressed delight at joining the directors. ‘Being on the board will enable me to get involved in the running of the business. My board position will also help me to better communicate what’s happening to the rest of the team. Further, I can also act as a voice for the team because my role offers me a good overview of the business. Meanwhile the other directors can concentrate on their separate areas.’
