Serviced offices launch 3D video of venue. Premier Swindon serviced offices Rombourne have created a 3D video of the building. The idea of the video is to help businesses thinking of relocating to view before visiting.
Kingston House, the home of the Rombourne management team, sits a stone’s throw from Junction 16 on the M4. The team believe the new video will reassure business people trying to minimise face-to-face meetings during the pandemic.
Danielle Mottram, manager at Rombourne, said launching the 3D video was timely, against a backdrop of Coronavirus.
“We were always planning to create a 3D video to give people a comprehensive view of our fantastic facilities. We’re getting new enquiries all the time, from businesses looking to relocate,” she said. “But the video will also be helpful for people who are being cautious. We’ve got strict Covid secure rules in Kingston House but this video means that those at the stage of shopping around for offices can view the 3D video instead of visiting. If that’s what they prefer.”
The video explores every aspect of Rombourne’s three floors, including the recently refurbished top floor. It allows the viewer a virtual walk through of the building and .the office suites. They range from two desks upwards. As well as all the other facilities, including kitchens, boardroom and breakout areas. It also offers bird’s eye and dolls’ house angles, as well as 360 degree views.
Danielle added: “The video is going down well with people enquiring about new office space. In fact having seen it they are now more keen to come along and view for themselves.”
The video comes hot on the heels of Rombourne’s recent £150,000 refurbishment of the top floor of Kingston House. The refurbishment took the building from open plan to a modular format for businesses ranging in size from two to 40 people.
